Hifi Music Cloud ("the App") is developed by ERX Vietnam ("we", "us"). This policy describes how the App collects, uses, and protects user ("you") information.

1. Information We Access

When you sign in with your Google account, the App requests the following permissions:

• drive.readonly — Read-only access to files in your Google Drive. The App uses this permission to list and stream music files from your Google Drive.
• drive.metadata.readonly — Read-only access to file metadata (file name, size, type, date created). The App uses this to display file lists and song information.

The App does NOT have permission to edit, delete, or move any files in your Google Drive.

2. How We Use Your Data

Data from Google Drive is used solely for the following purposes:

• Displaying the list of music files in Drive folders you have shared with the App.
• Streaming music files from Drive to your computer.
• Downloading music files to your computer at your request.

3. Data Storage

• The App is a desktop application that runs entirely on your personal computer.
• All data (file lists, playlists, play history, login tokens) is stored locally on your computer at %APPDATA%\Hifi Music Cloud.
• We do NOT transmit, store, or back up your Google Drive data to any of our servers.
• We do NOT collect personal information, emails, passwords, or file contents.

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

We do NOT share, sell, or transfer any data from your Google Drive to any third party.

5. Security

• The App uses Google's standard OAuth 2.0 protocol for authentication. We never access or store your Google password.
• Login tokens are stored locally in an encrypted file at %APPDATA%\Hifi Music Cloud\credentials\token.json.
• All connections to Google Drive use HTTPS encryption.

6. Your Controls

You have full control:

• Sign out — Click "Account" in the app and select "Sign out" to revoke all access.
• Revoke access — Visit myaccount.google.com/permissions to remove Hifi Music Cloud's access at any time.
• Delete local data — Delete the %APPDATA%\Hifi Music Cloud folder to erase all data the App has stored on your machine.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. The last update date is noted at the top.

Ứng dụng Hifi Music Cloud ("Ứng dụng") được phát triển bởi ERX Vietnam ("Chúng tôi"). Chính sách này mô tả cách Ứng dụng thu thập, sử dụng và bảo vệ thông tin của người dùng ("Bạn").

1. Thông tin chúng tôi truy cập

Khi Bạn đăng nhập bằng tài khoản Google, Ứng dụng yêu cầu các quyền sau:

• drive.readonly — Quyền đọc (chỉ đọc, không ghi/xóa) các file trong Google Drive của Bạn. Ứng dụng sử dụng quyền này để liệt kê và phát trực tiếp (streaming) các file nhạc từ Google Drive.
• drive.metadata.readonly — Quyền đọc metadata (tên file, kích thước, loại file, ngày tạo) của các file trong Google Drive. Ứng dụng sử dụng quyền này để hiển thị danh sách file và thông tin bài hát.

Ứng dụng KHÔNG có quyền chỉnh sửa, xóa hoặc di chuyển bất kỳ file nào trong Google Drive của Bạn.

2. Cách chúng tôi sử dụng dữ liệu

Dữ liệu từ Google Drive được sử dụng duy nhất cho các mục đích sau:

• Hiển thị danh sách file nhạc trong thư mục Drive mà Bạn đã chia sẻ với Ứng dụng.
• Phát trực tiếp (streaming) file nhạc từ Drive về máy tính của Bạn.
• Tải file nhạc về máy tính theo yêu cầu của Bạn.

3. Lưu trữ dữ liệu

• Ứng dụng là phần mềm desktop chạy hoàn toàn trên máy tính cá nhân của Bạn.
• Mọi dữ liệu (danh sách file, playlist, lịch sử phát, token đăng nhập) được lưu cục bộ trên máy tính của Bạn tại thư mục %APPDATA%\Hifi Music Cloud.
• Chúng tôi KHÔNG truyền, lưu trữ, hoặc sao lưu dữ liệu Google Drive của Bạn lên bất kỳ máy chủ nào của Chúng tôi.
• Chúng tôi KHÔNG thu thập thông tin cá nhân, email, mật khẩu hoặc nội dung file của Bạn.

4. Chia sẻ dữ liệu với bên thứ ba

Chúng tôi KHÔNG chia sẻ, bán, hoặc chuyển giao bất kỳ dữ liệu nào từ Google Drive của Bạn cho bất kỳ bên thứ ba nào.

5. Bảo mật

• Ứng dụng sử dụng giao thức OAuth 2.0 chuẩn của Google để xác thực. Chúng tôi không bao giờ truy cập hoặc lưu mật khẩu Google của Bạn.
• Token đăng nhập được lưu cục bộ trong file mã hóa tại %APPDATA%\Hifi Music Cloud\credentials\token.json.
• Mọi kết nối tới Google Drive sử dụng giao thức HTTPS mã hóa.

6. Quyền kiểm soát của Bạn

Bạn có toàn quyền kiểm soát:

• Đăng xuất — Bấm nút "Tài khoản" trong ứng dụng và chọn "Đăng xuất" để thu hồi toàn bộ quyền truy cập.
• Thu hồi quyền — Truy cập myaccount.google.com/permissions để xóa quyền truy cập của Hifi Music Cloud bất cứ lúc nào.
• Xóa dữ liệu cục bộ — Xóa thư mục %APPDATA%\Hifi Music Cloud để xóa toàn bộ dữ liệu mà Ứng dụng đã lưu trên máy.

7. Thay đổi chính sách

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách này theo thời gian. Mọi thay đổi sẽ được công bố tại trang này. Ngày cập nhật cuối cùng được ghi ở đầu trang.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Hifi Music Cloud, you agree to comply with the terms set forth herein.

2. Service Description

Hifi Music Cloud is a Windows desktop application that allows you to:

• Play high-quality lossless music from Google Drive and local folders.
• Manage your music library, playlists, and lyrics.
• Use local AI models (offline) for vocal separation and lyrics recognition.

3. Google Account

• Google sign-in is optional. The App works fully with local music files without a Google account.
• When you sign in, the App only requests read-only access and will never edit or delete files on your Drive.

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all music files and content on your Google Drive. We do not claim any rights to your content.

5. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as-is" basis. ERX Vietnam is not responsible for data loss, Google Drive service interruptions, or issues arising from third parties.

Bằng việc sử dụng Ứng dụng Hifi Music Cloud, Bạn đồng ý tuân thủ các điều khoản được nêu tại đây.

2. Mô tả dịch vụ

Hifi Music Cloud là ứng dụng desktop Windows cho phép Bạn:

• Phát nhạc lossless chất lượng cao từ Google Drive và thư mục cục bộ.
• Quản lý thư viện nhạc, playlist và lời bài hát.
• Sử dụng mô hình AI cục bộ (offline) để tách vocal và nhận dạng lời bài hát.

3. Tài khoản Google

• Việc đăng nhập Google là tùy chọn. Ứng dụng hoạt động đầy đủ với nhạc trên ổ đĩa nội bộ mà không cần tài khoản Google.
• Khi Bạn đăng nhập, Ứng dụng chỉ yêu cầu quyền đọc (read-only) và không bao giờ chỉnh sửa hoặc xóa file trên Drive của Bạn.

4. Quyền sở hữu nội dung

Bạn giữ toàn quyền sở hữu đối với mọi file nhạc và nội dung trên Google Drive của Bạn. Chúng tôi không tuyên bố bất kỳ quyền nào đối với nội dung của Bạn.

5. Giới hạn trách nhiệm

Ứng dụng được cung cấp theo nguyên tắc "nguyên trạng" (as-is). ERX Vietnam không chịu trách nhiệm về việc mất dữ liệu, gián đoạn dịch vụ Google Drive, hoặc các vấn đề phát sinh từ bên thứ ba.
